1. No personal details in the public areas of the forum.
Please do not share the names, addresses, or personal details of anyone you know (including yourself) on the open forum. If you find someone you know or would like to get to know better and are sure you trust who they say they are, send a Private Message directly to that person.

2. No xenophobia, racism, or prejudice.
No further explanation is needed. Some of you might know what it feels like to be on the receiving end of this type of treatment. This is absolutely not tolerable here.

3. No insults or personal attacks.
This is a space for people to connect with others, share, and understand opinions and information. We are all entitled to our own opinion and there will be times you may disagree with others. Please do your best to be kind. We can always learn from others, including those who do not share our opinions.

4. No offensive language or swearing/cursing.
This forum is open to anyone above the age of 13, which means the contents here may be seen by adolescents, grandparents, relatives, and people you have or will work or study with.

5. Treat others the way you want to be treated.
Our world needs a little more empathy and understanding. Before you type, think about how you might feel if someone said those words to you or your loved ones.

6. No repeating the same post in multiple forums unless it is because you are also posting in the Community area.

7. No posts in all capital letters.
On the internet, this can be perceived as "yelling" and is considered very rude. Please do not do this.

8. No advertisements to other websites or links to services you want to offer anywhere other than in the Advertisement section.

9. Do not offer to work or pay for services anywhere other than the Help Wanted section of this forum.
The only place where this is allowed is in the Help Wanted sections. Any thread or post that offers any service for money or offers work for hire can be closed at any time and the poster may get banned.

10. Do not threaten anyone with lawsuits or any other legal action on this forum.
This is a public forum and anyone is free to join or leave as they wish. We are not responsible for any result or consequences of you joining and using this site or the actions of any of our users.

Since this website has sensitive areas where politics may be discussed, you are allowed to create one primary account for socializing with others and, for your safety, one for discussing sensitive topics.
