Do you know how to cook it? If so, are you in a place where you can easily get the ingredients to make it?

For me, there are too many things to choose from, but some of my favorites include:

1. Beef Rendang (Flavorful Coconut Beef Stew w/Lots of Spices)
2. Klepon (Pandan-Flavored Rice Cake Balls with Molten Palm Sugar & Coconut Flakes)
3. Anything with Balado (Spicy Sauce, SO good!)
4. Gulai Ayam (Coconut Milk-based Chicken Curry)
5. Siomay Ayam (Kind of like Chinese siumai dumplings, but served with peanut sauce and Indonesian sweet soy sauce. YUM!)
